How to Measure Your Ring Size
Method 1: Using an Existing Ring
- Find a ring that fits perfectly on your intended finger.
- Place it on a ruler or measuring tape.
- Measure the inner diameter in millimeters. Ensure your ruler starts at the 0mm mark.

- Use the inner diameter measurement in the chart above to find your size.
Method 2: String or Paper Strip Method

- Grab a pen, a ruler, and a piece of string or paper strip.
- Wrap the string/paper snugly around your finger where you'll wear the ring.
- Mark where the string/paper overlaps with a pen.
- Lay it flat and measure the length to the marked spot in millimeters. Use the circumference measurement in the chart above to find your size.
Pro Tips for the Perfect Fit:
- The average ring size for women is US 6-7.
- Measure when your fingers are at room temperature (cold fingers may measure smaller).
- Measure at the end of the day when fingers are typically largest.
- Consider seasonal changes — fingers may be smaller in cold weather.
- Your dominant hand is usually slightly larger.
