Each Gemiros piece is crafted with intention and care. For in-stock items, we typically ship within 2 business days. Handmade-to-order pieces may require up to 5 business days for our artisans to create your unique treasure before shipping.

Once shipped, you can expect to receive your package within 5-14 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping option.

**Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please note: Due to shipping restrictions, we are unable to ship to some specific locations in the United States, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience and are continuously working to expand our reach.

Once your Gemiros order is shipped, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to fully update in the postal system. You can track your order by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email or using our tracking portal here.

We strive to dispatch your order promptly to bring you your meaningful jewelry as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee cancellations or changes once shipped, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately, and we'll do our best to support you.

For personalized and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are unable to cancel or update the order due to the custom nature of these items.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Gemiros jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

However, please note that after that 30-day period has elapsed, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the criteria below are met.


Eligibility for Returns:
  • Products must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless there's a manufacturing defect.
  • Products marked "Final sale" on the product page are not eligible for return.
  • Products of a set or bundle cannot be returned individually, and must be returned as a complete set.
  • If returning an entire order, any free gifts that came with the order must also be returned together.
  • Only items purchased directly from Gemiros.com are accepted for returns. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

We will only accept returns for eligible items by mail. All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy above or they will be sent back to you at your expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  1. Contact us at hello@gemiros.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Send us a photo of the item - your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. Once we determined that the item is eligible for return, we'll provide you with return instructions and the correct return address. Do not return to the address found on the package of the item.
  4. Securely package your item and ship it back to us using any shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, to ensure that the item reaches us safely.

Please Note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • All shipping, handling, restocking, and customs fees are non refundable.
  • Save the tracking number for your return. We are unable to issue refunds for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.
  • For hygiene and security reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our criteria. Refused returns will be sent back to you at your expense.
