Lifetime Moissanite Warranty

Your Gemiros® Moissanite is warranted for life against permanent loss of brilliance, fire or color, including clouding or discoloration caused by a defect in the stone. If a covered issue occurs, we'll replace the affected moissanite stone.

1-Year Jewelry Warranty

Every Gemiros piece also includes a complimentary 1-year warranty from the date your order is received, covering any manufacturing defects related to materials or workmanship.

 

What’s Covered

Our warranty protects your purchase against:

• Defects in materials
• Defects in craftsmanship or workmanship

Coverage lasts for 1 full year from the date of purchase.

How to Claim

If you experience an issue within the warranty period:

1. Contact us at hello@gemiros.com
   
2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the piece
3. We’ll work with you to find the best solution — which may include a complimentary replacement

What’s Not Covered

While our warranty provides extensive protection, it does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, tarnishing, bent rings, or broken chains)
• Loss or theft
• Improper use, care, or storage
• Damage from exposure to water, cleaning agents, chemicals, cosmetics, or other substances
• Damage from modifications or repairs by third parties
• Natural aging of materials
• Purchases from unauthorized resellers
